  2. jidokwanmonkey says:

That’s a great of looking at it, I just starting PUA-ing a week ago, and I’ve been too chicken shit to open most sets, but I push through it.

  3. huntbot says:

No kidding! Um…does ANYONE spell at even a third grade level anymore?

  4. growthstrategy says:

The Sedona Method changed my life in a week of dedicated practice. Anxiety was a constant for years. When I learned to let it go (by carefully reading and practicing daily from the book), I came into an unexpected 6-figure opportunity. Previously, my anxiety was primarily tied to money and security. If you don’t want to pay for the course, buy the book.

  5. CountDOODOO says:

That “False Evidence Appearing Real” thing (FEAR) is really quite effective for me with becoming a Pick-Up Artist and overcoming that fear of rejection.

I have that fear that if I approach and talk to a beautiful girl, she’ll hate me and will not want to exchange phone numbers. The false evidence is the belief that all girls will reject me if I go for a phone number. I have no clue whether they like me or not, so I should just stop worrying and relax about it all and just go for it.

  6. oneminuteworkout says:

or az azzine az Appering canser..after relise!.

  7. PaulsPerspective1 says:

Sedona Method changed my life from the first moment I used it.

  8. Espinozaize says:

Excuse me. But I do not think it is as simple as he says: That you can just let go of fear & anxiety through an act of will. It takes hard work for many like rape victims to become even functionel again. & they will never be completely free of their fear of this. Another user on this site have told me that he specifically only talkes about OCD fears. If thats so it makes more sense. But in my opinion still overly simplistic. Giving people naive beliefs of their condition

  9. FalseGrenades says:

True, but you only said that to sound smart, so I wonder whats going on in your life you needed to say that?…. :)
You knew damn well what he said is basicaly true, about the rape thing though, Fear?…..

  10. Espinozaize says:

Ok. If thats the case it makes more sence. Though this is in no way indicated in the video or the discription.
I thought he was one of those Self-Improvement hugsters…Especially with the FEAR is an abriviation for bla bla bla…that is just bad

  11. cptkilgore says:

Excellent point. But I think he’s referring to people who suffer from anxiody disorders and OCD.

  12. monesbautzi says:

Give the whole program a try. What you’re saying is not what he actually means by it. It’s much deeper and also very simple. But because it’s so simple, it’s hard to really get it.

  13. Espinozaize says:

False Evidence Appering Real….give me a break.
So how does this qualify when a patient with canser fears death.
Or a rape victim fears to meet the perpetrator after his relise.
Only a fool would belive fear can reduced to something as azzine as this…

  14. aandrusiak says:

    so true!
    thank u for this inspiration!!

  15. leigh2490 says:

download the Sedona Method or get the book. It completely freed me from anxiety.

  16. newfiechic says:

tony1pup, look into the Sedona Method on releasing fears specifically. I swear it helps!

  17. newfiechic says:

peterwilc, if you were to look into the Sedona Method a little bit more and into fears specifically, you get a different outlook on it. I myself was housebound because of anxiety and panic at one point and believed the same as you. I have been using the Sedona Method and the Release Technique and it has changed so much. I have tried some EFT but I really can’t stick with it. I am no longer on anxiety medication.

  18. StingerRecords says:

peterwillic, I know what you’re going through but I think it is a choice. The fact that you think people have their eyes on you, or you have this problem or that problem is all in your head. It’s created subconciously but its reinfirmed by a conscious effort to justify it. And that was what he was saying. If you make a concious effort to change the subconcious, a change will come.
This guy really helped me and got straight to the point.

  19. tony1pup says:

    DOODD!
Im 13, and i have panic and anxiety attacks for like 2 years. i hate the feeling, i always fear that im gunna die, or theirs something in my lungs. i pasted out b4 bcuz of it, so now i learned to calm down, but its still really bad.

  20. cartsgp1 says:

    Thank u . u have helped me

  21. zizumkd says:

I’ve been suffering from anxiety for some time, and yes it is irrational thing, simply because it is subconscious, but when you start to spin god help it is devastating, still don’t believe this fully, but I’m gonna say it.anyway, fear and anxiety and panic.attacks are maybe the most terrifying thing or one of the most terrifying things a living soul can experience, yet thank god non lethal and harmless, but there is still but,you know what I mean.

  22. FreshJoe11215 says:

You are your own God. There is no specific God, we believe God to be several different things depending on who you are, once you realize you are your maker, you realize you are destroying yourself.

  23. Mustafoinc says:

Man Fuk, try to throw yourself into your work. Your beats were beast. And maybe you’ll forget the sorrow’s and shiz. Wish u da best prosperity.

  24. Motown025 says:

I have been there and know exactly what you mean. I dropped out of University because of it. I tried to think my way out of it, but emotion is too long evolved and powerful. One day when starting to cross a threshold into what I suspect would have been depression, I suddenly perceived my behaviour as a whole: the inter causation of my thoughts and emotions. Try to view your self compassionately and in real time, to see if “it” is real or your body misrepresenting the past to protect you.

  25. bakerism420 says:

i have anxiety problems sometimes.. i always think something is happening especially around friends, who i know aren’t “out to get me”

    it sucks
