#4 Become genuinely interested in other people

I struggle with this since i have uncommon interests, Information Technology etc so i just hang around with other geeks

Your smile looks fake to me, and you seem to be reading not talking from your heart…but at least your spreading a good message.

  3. LovEkidd69 says:

I read the book, however, practicing the 9 principles is not as easy specially being a Good Listener!!! To become a good listener is a skill that most be developed. I need help with that. I and people who I have encountered in any type of cognitive coaching lack of listening skills

  6. Shakibers says:

so to summarise this even more, just be a sincere genuine person

  7. Shakibers says:

@Mu5clehead ur damn right u’ll be surprised… if you’re dumb enough to try this, u’ll be surprised when they DON’T turn up tomorrow!

@Mu5clehead ur damn right u’ll b e surprised… if you’re dumb enough to try this, you’ll be surprised when they DON’T turn up tomorrow!

  9. Shakibers says:

    thank you for this summary

    Wife?!?! really… i mean, I’m not judging… i’m just surprised he is straight…

  11. sorelsuarez says:

ok video. Bad light. good sound, bad haircut, good hand work, fake smile.
Loose the yellow T-shirt, no one listens to a man wearing a cheap yellow T-shirt. It is different with women, you probably read the manual wrong.
Work on those titles, too long and without structure.
You are not funny, so don’t fake it making us think what your wife calls you, cause I’m sure we all thought about a name for you.

  12. AntiSaudiArabia says:

How to show interest in other people?? people feel uncomfortable from the ones who interfere in their businesses.

  13. mrmonnet says:

  15. channelin says:

    your like the human Barnie

  16. doctorw2 says:

@mrmonnet reported every guy that has worked there? hmmm someone is looking for an easy payday.

  17. mrmonnet says:

@doctorw2 I agree. I wasn’t fired or reprimanded in any way. the boss and I actually laughed about it and eventually I got a promotion. She has reported every guy worked there. So I guess smiling helped!!

  18. doctorw2 says:

@mrmonnet well, she cant do that becuase smiling isnt sexual harrasment there has to be some verbal or sexual contact.

  19. mrmonnet says:

@dusk1234567890 I agree to an extent. What if someone is interested in something reprehensible? Should you feign interest?

  20. mrmonnet says:

I tried to smile all the time a few years ago. A lady on my job reported me for SEXUAL HARRASSMENT!!!

  21. mrmonnet says:

@doctorw2 I have the same concern. This method works in only one environment (affluent communities). In the ghetto (low income communities) you’d be DESTROYED using these tactics!!

  22. studguy43613 says:

I like it when my woman calls me daddy but that’s something else. Being interested in people is the bigest one for me. I really is to focal point to a conversation. If you cant be interested to conversation usealy ends quickly and you’ve lost a friend.

  23. GreenRoses93 says:

I’ve never heard of #9. I don’t think many people aply this one. Would you make a video on how to aply it?
