    HAHA… Thank you. :D And for me, trying to lose weight is ALWAYS hard….. Because I don’t have any money to buy any exercise machines, haha. I live upstairs in a house and people are renting downstairs and when I jump (exercising) they can hear it. :( And I don’t wanna go outside, it’s either too sunny or too cold!! xDD

    Hey hun a really random thing iv discovered recently is a good tip for if you like a salty taste in stews and soups ect, but do not want the health negatives of salt. If you add celery too them it gives quite a salty taste.I dont really like celery usuall without anything with it but yeah it does work :) xxx

    lol theres no hate, thanks for the advice. obviously from being on weight watchers ive learned alot about portion control, when you read portion you have to see by how many grams or oz. so if ur not going to eat 100g but their portion of say 25g then its quicker to judge that way. of course if im eating 200g i will double the 100g serving nutritional values. trust me, ive been decieved by this light stuff before, its no news to me!

    cool no problem i will look into it. i just had some houmous salad and rice crackers for a large snack, was about 170 calories and im so happy :) ! lol
    oh cool, i wish i had space to do work out dvds :)
